When integrating the 310G mini foam pump into your touchless dispenser design, consider the following technical parameters to ensure long-term reliability and optimal foaming texture:

1. Power Management & Voltage Sag

The 310G is optimized for 3.7V Lithium-ion (1S) systems.

• Design Tip: While the nominal voltage is 3.6V, your PCB should be designed to handle the motor’s peak current during the initial prime. Ensure your battery protection circuit doesn't trigger a cut-off during the cold-start phase of the pump.

2. Liquid Viscosity & Air-to-Liquid Ratio

The internal chamber is calibrated for a 12:1 to 15:1 air-liquid mix.

• Material Compatibility: Ensure the foaming liquid used has a viscosity between 1-3 mPa·s.

• Engineering Warning: Highly concentrated soaps or those containing abrasive particles (scrubs) will accelerate diaphragm wear. Always specify "foaming-specific" liquids to your end-users to maintain the 50,000+ cycle rating.

3. Mechanical Mounting for Noise Reduction

Although the pump operates at ≤55dB, the rigid plastic housing of a dispenser can act as a sound box.

• Best Practice: Use a shore A 30-40 silicone sleeve or rubber damping gaskets at the mounting points. Avoid direct screw-to-housing contact where possible to prevent resonance.

4. Tubing and Fluid Dynamics

The inlet and outlet diameters are standardized for the 310-series.

• Suction Lift: The 310G features excellent self-priming. However, for the fastest "first-drop" response time, keep the intake tubing length under 150mm.

• Anti-Backflow: While the pump has a natural check-valve effect, for premium wall-mounted designs, adding an external silicone check valve is recommended to prevent liquid drainage during long idle periods.

5. Duty Cycle and Thermal Management

This is a DC brushed motor designed for intermittent use (typical of soap dispensers).

• Usage Limit: It is not intended for continuous industrial circulation. For high-traffic commercial environments, ensure your firmware limits the dispensing duration per trigger to prevent heat buildup in the motor brushes.
