    Engineering Integration Notes

    1、Pneumatic System Design

    •  Tubing Connections: The air nozzles have an outside diameter (O.D.) of 8.0mm. For a secure, airtight fit, we recommend using soft silicone tubing with an inner diameter (I.D.) of 6.0mm to 7.0mm.

    •  Pressure Management: The maximum working pressure is 46KPa (350mmHg). To maintain the low leakage standard (less than 15mmHg/min), please ensure your system operates within this limit.

    •  Exhaust Timing: The valve takes about 45 seconds to drop pressure from 350mmHg to 15mmHg in a 1500cc tank. When designing the software logic for massage cycles, allow enough "exhaust time" to ensure the air chambers empty completely.

     

     2、Electrical Integration

    •  Voltage and Current: This valve is available in DC 12V (100mA) and DC 24V (184mA) versions. Ensure your power supply can handle the peak power consumption, which is approximately 2.4W per coil when fully activated. 

    •  Circuit Protection: We recommend adding a flyback diode to your control circuit. This helps absorb voltage spikes when the valve turns off, protecting your MCU or driver chip.

     

    3、Reliability & Environment

    •  Operating Conditions: This component is designed to work in temperatures between 5°C and 45°C and humidity levels of 30% to 85%

    •  Ideal Use Cases: The integrated 4-way design is perfect for leg massagers, compression therapy (IPC) devices, and medical rehabilitation equipment.
